Procedure Fee for LASIK: $1,990.00 per eye

The All-Inclusive Fee Includes:
  • Your comprehensive eye examination.
  • All pre-operative and post-operative medications and drops.
  • Laser vision correction procedure.
  • All Laser correction post-operative visits for up to 12 months.
  • Any enhancement procedures necessary to correct the original refractive error will be done at a cost of $200.00 per eye.
Payment Options Include:
  • Cash, Cashier's or Certified Check, Money Order, MasterCard or Visa.  Payments must be received one week prior to surgery.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts - money must be allocated the same year as the procedure.
  •  Inquire about in-house financing.
